Policy For Returning Products
- Once an order or part of an order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel it.
- We do not offer an exchange program, you must return your product then purchase the right product
- You must return the refund eligible item within 14 days of receipt
- Return Eligible Items have two categories: (1) value is <$20 U.S (2) value is >$20. U.S.. Items valued at <$20 are not eligible for return. Items valued at >$20 are eligible for return if they have not been used.
- After arriving at the warehouse, inspection and restocking services may incur extra charges.
- To Return Eligible Items send us a note that you want to return the product you purchased using our contact us form. In the subject line, write “Returning Order No. [insert order number]
- We will be in touch within 24 hours and provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
