Policy For Returning Products

• Once an order or part of an order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to cancel it.
• We do not offer an exchange program, you must return your product then purchase the right product
• You must return the refund eligible item within 14 days of receipt
• Return Eligible Items have two categories: (1) value is <$20 U.S (2) value is >$20. U.S.. Items valued at <$20 are not eligible for return. Items valued at >$20 are eligible for return if they have not been used.
• After arriving at the warehouse, inspection and restocking services may incur extra charges.
• To Return Eligible Items send us a note that you want to return the product you purchased using our contact us form. In the subject line, write “Returning Order No. [insert order number]
• We will be in touch within 24 hours and provide you with further instructions on how to return the product.
• Please note that we do not reimburse the return shipping cost. If the item is of significant value, we recommend insuring it during the return mailing process.
