These Cornerman Program Terms (“Program Terms”) govern the free membership program offered by Fighting Arts Health Lab LLC (“we”, “us”) on https://www.fightingartshealthlab.com/. They form part of our Terms of Sale and our Terms of Use. Where these Program Terms and the Terms of Sale disagree about an order, the Terms of Sale control.
1. What the Cornerman Program Is
The Cornerman Program is a free membership that comes with every Fighting Arts Health Lab account. You join by creating an account — on the registration page, at checkout by ticking “Create an Account?”, or through the “Activate My Offer” form on a product page. There is no fee and no card is required to join. You must be at least 18 years old and resident in the United States to hold an account and a membership. One membership per person.
2. Your Benefits
Members receive three benefits:
(a) Free standard shipping on every order. The standard shipping option is free on every order you place while you are a member subscribed to the Cornerman Digest. It covers delivery to any address we ship to — all fifty states, the District of Columbia, P.O. Boxes and military APO, FPO and DPO addresses. There is no minimum order value and no code: check out with the email address on your membership and the standard option shows at $0.00 once your address is entered. Expedited or express services, where offered, and oversized or heavy items identified as such on the product page, are charged at the rates shown at checkout. The benefit cannot be combined with another shipping promotion.
(b) 10% off your first order. The discount applies automatically, once, to the first order you place after joining. It is calculated on the item prices in that order, before shipping and tax. It is limited to one per person and one per household (the same delivery address). It cannot be combined with another discount code unless the code says otherwise, and it has no cash value. If you return items from that order, your refund is based on the discounted price you paid, and the discount is not restored for use on a later order.
(c) The Cornerman Digest. A weekly email with our latest evidence-based articles, which may also include offers from our store. Each issue has an unsubscribe link.
3. How Benefits Are Applied
Benefits are matched to the email address on your membership. If you check out with a different email address, or as a guest, the benefits do not apply to that order and cannot be added afterwards. You can change your membership email in My Account under Login & Security; your membership and any unused first-order discount move with it.
4. The Digest and Free Shipping
Free standard shipping is a benefit of being subscribed to the Cornerman Digest. You can leave the Digest at any time — from the Cornerman Program page in My Account or from the link in any issue. If you do, free standard shipping ends for orders you place afterwards; orders already placed are unaffected, your account stays open, and your other account features continue. You can re-subscribe at any time to restore free shipping. Emails about your orders, returns and account security are not part of the Digest and continue while you have an account or an open order.
Joining the Digest is not a condition of buying from us. You can shop as a guest at the shipping rates shown at checkout.
5. Personal Use, Fair Use and Misuse
The Program is for your personal, individual use. We may withhold or reverse a benefit, close an account, or end a membership where we reasonably believe that an account is being used to obtain benefits for resale or on behalf of others, that more than one account has been created by the same person or household to claim the first-order discount more than once, that returns are being used to abuse the discount or free shipping, or that false information was given to join. Where we reverse a benefit on an order already placed we tell you first.
6. Changes to the Program
We may change the benefits, or end the Program, at any time. We publish changes on this page with a new version number and effective date and, for material changes, email members before the change takes effect. Changes never affect an order you have already placed. If we end the Program, benefits stop for orders placed after the end date.
7. Ending Your Membership
You can close your account at any time from My Account or by contacting us. Closing your account ends your membership and all benefits. Any unused first-order discount is forfeited and is not restored if you open a new account.
8. Your Information
We use your email address to match benefits at checkout, and we compare names, email addresses and delivery addresses across accounts to enforce the one-per-person-and-household rule. How we handle your personal information, including Digest open and click tracking, is described in our Privacy Policy.
